By accessing or using Scriptly ("the Service"), operated at scriptly.work, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Scriptly is an AI-powered script generation tool for short-form video content. The Service may include free and paid features, including script generation, trending topic analysis, voice matching, and TikTok analytics integration.
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at checkout. You may cancel at any time through the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain full ownership of all scripts generated using the Service. Scriptly does not claim any rights to your generated content. You are solely responsible for how you use the generated scripts.
The Service may connect to third-party platforms such as TikTok. When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Scriptly to access certain data from that platform (such as video performance metrics) as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect third-party accounts at any time.
You agree not to: (a) abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service; (b) use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content; (c) resell or redistribute the Service without permission; (d) attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scriptly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
